Thank you for choosing Limo Affair for your transportation needs. By accessing our services or browsing our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are legally binding and replace any previous agreements between you and Limo Affair.


1. Agreement to Rental Terms

By submitting a reservation, the customer agrees to rent a vehicle from Limo Affair in accordance with the terms listed in this agreement. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before confirming a booking.

2. Vehicle Options

We offer a wide range of vehicles to accommodate your specific transportation needs, including:

  • Black Sedans & SUVs
  • Executive & Limo Sprinter Vans (12-14 passengers)
  • Mini Coaches (up to 32 passengers)
  • Motorcoaches (38, 47, or 55 passengers)
  • Let us know your requirements at the time of booking so we can assign the most suitable vehicle for your event or trip.


3. Rental Period & Charges

The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your reservation. Any extensions or changes must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges. Rental fees are calculated based on your selected service type and include applicable taxes and standard services

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Late returns
  • Extra mileage
  • Additional stops or special requests made after the trip begins


4. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. In some cases, a separate security deposit may be held and refunded after your trip if no damage or violations are reported.


5. Cancellation Policy

To avoid penalties, cancellation notice must be given within the following timeframes:

  • Sedans/SUVs: Minimum 6 hours
  • Sprinter Vans & Minibuses: Minimum 72 hours
  • Coaches (50–55 passengers): Minimum 72 hours
  • Special Event cancellation Policy may change. Check with Limo Affair agent.
  • Late cancellations may result in partial or full fare charges depending on the vehicle and timing.


6. No-Show Policy

• General pickups: If the customer or passenger fails to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show and full fare will be charged.

• Airport/train pickups: A no-show is recorded if the passenger fails to appear within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. In both cases, waiting time charges are not applied, but the full base fare is billed.


7. Grace Periods & Waiting Time

We offer a limited grace period to accommodate minor delays:

  • Non-airport pickups: 15-minute grace period
  • Airport pickups: 30 minutes (domestic) / 45 minutes (international)
    Beyond the grace period, waiting time is charged in increments and added to your final bill.


8. Rates & Extra Fees

  • Quoted rates are estimates and may vary depending on actual trip details. Rates are subject to change due to:
  • Peak demand
  • Event surcharges
  • Wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or changes in itinerary
  • Please contact us 48–72 hours before your trip for final rate confirmation if needed.


9. Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Refund timelines may vary based on your financial institution's processing time.


10. Smoking & Vehicle Condition

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Limo Affair vehicles. Violation of this policy will result in:

  • minimum $500 fine
  • Possible termination of service without refund
  • We kindly ask customers to leave the vehicle in the same condition as received. Any damage, spills, or excessive mess may lead to cleaning or repair fees, which will be charged to the chartering party.


11. Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome with advance notice:
  • Pets under 25 lbs must be in a lap carrier.
  • Pets over 25 lbs may require a private vehicle.
  • All pets must remain in their carrier throughout the ride.
  • Service animals are always permitted, but we encourage customers to notify us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.


12. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we aim to maintain punctuality, certain delays may be unavoidable due to factors such as:
  • Weather or road conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Accidents or mechanical failures
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Limo Affair is not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or losses resulting from these uncontrollable delays.


13. Use of Third-Party Providers

If necessary, Limo Affair may fulfill a reservation by subcontracting with brokers or licensed carriers. All third-party providers are vetted to meet our service standards.


14. Luggage Policy

Passengers are allowed to bring luggage weighing up to 50 lbs per item. Limo Affair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or luggage.


15. Itinerary Requirements

A detailed itinerary must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your trip, including:

  • Exact pickup/drop-off addresses
  • Special directions or access notes
  • Event or venue details if applicable
  • If your trip details differ from the original reservation, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.


16. Traveling with Children

  • For the safety of children, customers must request child safety seats in advance by specifying:
  • Number of children
  • Ages
  • Type of seat required
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety seat requirements are not met or disclosed.


17. Special Events & Surcharges

Event-based services, such as concerts, conferences, or sports events, may carry additional surcharges due to traffic delays, extended wait times, or limited parking. Please inquire ahead of time for accurate pricing.


18. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Limo Affair collects and stores personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.


19. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and design on the Limo Affair website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written consent.


20. Legal and Lawful Use

You agree to use Limo Affair’s services and website for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, such as fraudulent bookings or abusive behavior toward staff or other passengers, may result in cancellation of service and legal action.


21. Links to Third-Party Sites

Limo Affair may include links to other websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or security of content on third-party websites.


22. Software Use

Any software or digital tool provided by Limo Affair for reservations or communication is subject to a limited-use license. Reproduction or modification is prohibited.


23. Booking & Financial Responsibility

All bookings made through our website or customer service team are legally binding. Customers are responsible for all applicable charges, including base fare, taxes, gratuities, and any additional services.


24. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes or legal matters will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County.
